    I was lucky enough to get a suite for last xmas-2003,sadly in june 2004 it developed numerous faults,I reported it over the phone and wrote to them from July 2004 -to present day(261104)They still have not sorted the issues -and am now taking legal action/advice.

    They are crap,
    all over you when they want your money,
    forget about you when you have a complaint.
    Took 17 weeks to deliver mine and it was the wrong colour!!!
    Then took 4 months for replacement.

    Well here we are , it’s xmas and they failed to deliver my replacement.
    So that’s 10 months from when we ordered it.
    And i still have not received what i am paying for.
    Is this a good company?
    Make your own minds up.

    I went in CSL today and had a look at their 50%off sale.Low and behold the suite
    i was looking at was the same price as it was 2-3 months ago when i looked, but it
    still had REDUCED/SALE labels all over it.CONMEN.

    can anyone tell me the name of a company director with them as about to start legal action, ordered dining suite before xmas, now on the third and delivered broken same as the rest, two weeks and they still wont come and pick it up!!, nice customer service i must say.

    I cannot belive the lies from Csl customer services,they are unbeleivable in this day and age.

    Here is a tip from anyone considering buying from them_DO NOT DO IT!

    Here is another -Csl offer a stain protection policy that is expensive(?200+)when you try and claim they take months to come out-and when they do it is 99% certain your problem wont be covered.DO NOT GET THE USELESS COVER.(Speaking from experience)

    took delivery of fauly suit christmas 2005.replacement arrived 3 months later in a white van,also faulty. now in touch with trading standards as c s l state suit is in manufacting standard,what ever that means.wont even repair damage.

    just wish I had found this sight before I bought, but here’s a new one for you.
    I paid for the stain protection ?210 extra and when my suite was delivered it was covered in stains, sent it straight back by the driver who must have been mentioned early, totally agreed with the suites’ return, but guess what they won’t refund my money.
    customer services should just say customer conmen

    Has anyone had a problem with one of their 4 seater sofa cushions. Had the suite five months and they need replacing already. Apparently I should have puffed them vigrously once a week.
