megan and friends did an exhibition dance
at the end of year school concert.

they looked fantastic well done girls.

Meg borrowed this dress for the Tracey Scanlon Feis in Leeds.
(last saturday)

the trophy she is holding was for 2nd place in Hornpipe.
Doesnt she look just stunning.

Result: 7th (top 5 qualified)
They just missed out.
they were placed 7th.
For a ‘rookie’ team i thought they were fantastic.
they held their own against teams older
and more experienced than themselves.
Roll on next year.
A huge well done to the other Lally teams that qualified
you were magnificent and deserved to qualify
good luck at the world championships next year.

Meg was invited to take part
in the St Edwards competition.
She had a great time and danced superbly.

We watched Megan have her 1st dress rehearsal today
in preparation for the North West Qualifiers next month.

They were brilliant.Good luck in the competition girls.

Also the class feis was held today.
Meg danced the Heavy Jig for the 1st time in competition.
i am so used to seeing a blur of legs wizzing around the house
while she is [...]

Meg took part in the Liverpool Feis this afternoon.
Once again she was superb and had a great time.

She has now moved up to intermediate class
for 3 of her 4 dances and a much higher standard of competition.
she came a very creditable 5th in all 3 dances.

In her Trophy dance she once again came 3rd.

Meg took part in the Manchester Feis today.
This was a charity Feis with proceeds going to Francis House.
She was fantastic.

After weeks of waiting, i can now confirm that,
Megan has made the Lally school of Irish Dancing 8 hand team !

They are now training for the North West Regional Qualifiers.
Well done meggy moo all your hard work has paid off
we are all very ,very proud of you.

Well done Megan ,another 3 medals for the collection.

And well done Beth on winning your first competetive medal.

Megan had a st patrick’s day feis this afternoon …….
she did very well again.
the competition was excellent and she came 4th
out of 21 in her trophy dance.

Meg took part in the O’Mordha feis today.
And i now owe her a dress………..
I promised her that when she gets a first place,
she can have an irish dancing dress……….
Well she has only gone and done it!!

She came 1st out of 18 in her Slip Jig today.

is now getting so big.
She told me i would have to move my cows…….cheeky Moo.
Anyway she did very well again today we are very proud of her.

meg had her first Irish Dancing (feis) competition this morning.
She was fantastic as were everybody else that took part.
She danced 4 times,
Was placed 3rd once and 2nd twice,
then came 2nd in her Trophy dance.
Well done megan we are very proud of you.
