Back in October, went to CSL and ordered 2 sofas for Christmas delivery,
We were assured in the shop that it would be pre Christmas
and we fell for every word.
It is now December 28th and we are being told
that due to the sofas being in a container
we will not be getting them until after January 8th!!

I let everyone i speak to know what an appalling company csl is,they ruined our xmas.

so good to be able to voice my own recent disappointment with csl..
I too must be one of the 2% of unfortunate customers mentioned in the MD s response.

This maybe people power or they are probably fed up with all the bad publicity.

Dream Sofas ,or whateva they are calling themselves this week?

wow for a managing director to have to justify his company’s poor performance
